Recently enjoyed the experience of Skywire. Initial thoughts were exhilarating/anxiety/safety/adrenaline rush. All came through OK. Plenty of other activities also available but travelling on to Kaikoura same day did not leave opportunity to participate. Well natured staff, lots of laughs.Go do it!

The only mistake I made, was not staying long enough to come back a second time!! We did the quad biking on the recommendation of a Kiwi mate, and it was outstanding. Fletch was our guide, he was fantastic and super friendly. My mum (in her 50's) wanted to do the quad biking, and Fletch was so kind and patient... More

My wife and I went on the Skywire ride in October, and it was certainly good fun. It wasn't what I'd call a "thrilling ride", it was actually fairly sedate and relaxing as you glide over the tree tops. Our guide was great and gave us an extra run, which I have to say was welcome given the price. The... More

We went for the Farm Forest Drive and Skywire Ride...initial instructions for ATV were really clear and gave us confidence right away...the drive up the hill was fun and the view was amazing...we took the ATV to the Skywire Ride--it felt like we were flying over the trees...then back onto the ATV--this part of the ride was playful through the... The hosts great great for the time we got out the car. The 4 wheelers were a great expirence, we had people in our group from 16 to 47 and everyone of us had an awesome time. The guide was informative and gave us alot of laughs.

We did the Skywire on the 21st of April 2009. It was one of the wildest experiences our family has had. Real adrenalin rush. The people who ran it were excellent as well - very professional and friendly. Cheeky sense of humour. Have done nothing but rave to friends back home about it.

We also visited Happy Valley November 2008 and had a ball! The quad biking was awesome! Our guide was great with a real Kiwi sense of humour (maybe too much for a sweet young English girl on our trek - don't think she could quite work him out :) ) We had to do the few laps around the training... Our party of 2 adults and a 10 year old girl experienced an afternoon of fun in the great outdoors only 15minutes from Nelson township on 27/10/08. This large farm nestled in the hills provides a range of experiences including 4 wheel quad biking, a large Skywire that wizzes high across a valley of green native bush (a major adrenalin... More
