Great day traveling around gardens. Dogs on leads only but we enjoyed that. Lots of different things to look at lie statues, water fountains, lovely walks and tracks and Avairies.

We actually stopped here while passing through on our way to Dunedin, and we thought we'd stretch our legs a bit. The gardens are absolutely beautiful! There's quite a lot to see, and it was easy to spend an hour here walking the paths.

It's a great place to walk the dog and listen to music. By far this the most beautiful part of Oamaru. Some times there a cool events in the gardens like, pizza nights and Chinese new years.

Great for a stroll or sit and relax. There are some interesting corners like the Chinese section to look at.

Beautifully laid out gardens with ducks and streams and bridges. Enjoyed these even though the weather a little drizzly.

I believe it's open to the public all year round. There you will see the seasonal plants amongst the landscape
