Such beautiful pieces of art. So many pieces I wanted to bring home with me but ended up restraining myself and buying 2 penguins. Staff very friendly, packed my ornaments very securely. Very clean place.

Unfortunately the glass blower was not there on the Sunday that we visited, however the young girl in the shop was an exceptional host, and salesperson. I don't think that it was expensive, considering that it is all hand made. I love my two penguins and platter that I bought.

Hokitika is a small town along the NZ coast. We stopped for a break from the drive. The glass studio is lovely though prices for the more interesting pieces are a bit pricey.

Went to hokitika glass studio last year but didn't buy anything there was so much choice. Went back today having had a year to think about it, I bought a beautiful poutini basket, my husband a family of penguins, if fact everyone in our party bought something. This place is a must to visit, you can watch the glass blowers at work, admire the beautiful finished product, and of course buy a treasure. Kirsty served us and was so helpful and knowledgeable. See you next year!

This was a must do for one of our group when we visited Hokitika. The shop has an amazing selection of beautifully crafted glass artwork. You can watch an artisan at his craft from behind the partitioned area. It was amazing to see how delicate the craftsman was while making a little penguin. Stop by and have a look and buy a lovely reminder of your visit.

Wow, wow, wow! One of the few places we visited in Hokitika last weekend - the weather was against us even crossing the road! What wonderfully creative works. There were so many pieces that I WANTED! We were here on a weekend and I definitely have Hokitika on my radar for a return visit to see the glass blowers in action.

Stopped by this glass studio while wandering around Hokitika. Watch with fascination as the Master Glass Blowers created, all pieces on show for sale and created on the premises,my eyes caught an unusual Glass Chess Set and surprised at the great price for such a unique piece, well worth a visit.

Was looking forward to visiting this glass studio, and it didn't disappoint, spent a lot of time here and a lot of money, would have bought more but i doubt if i would have got on the airplane, the glass blower is a true artist and all the pieces are great and i personally thought that they were reasonably priced, will be back next time in NZ

A must see if in Hokitika! The pieces they have are just beautiful and such a variety. Even similar type pieces (vases, glasses, etc.) are all unique. You can even watch the brothers work at times as well.
