It was a good attraction. Would have been awesome if it was a bit cheaper. Nice views of the lake although the mountains covered in cloud. The forest a bit run down, lots of possum damage so hopefully they will deal to them! Good interpretation.

Many thanks for leaving feedback on Tripadvisor. What a shame you couldn't see the mountain due to the cloud cover. Hopefully you will be able to re-visit sometime on a much clearer day.

Unique experience with beautiful views of surrounds. Not many birds to see or hear but the day was quite windy. Good cafe at bottom.

Driving past the signage to this location, we turned around to take a look. A bit of a rough road in - we did have a caravan in tow - however, it was well worth the haul in there. The weather was perfect, the staff...More

We were a little surprised by the price, but the experience proved to be incredibly good value. The walk above the tree tops is an experience not to be missed. We can't recommend it highly enough

Loved the walk through the top of the trees and spotting the birds. Expensive so book online through bookme.com to get a great discount. Disappointed with customer service though. Nobody smiled. The staff looked miserable. Not the usual kiwi welcome you expect for tourists. I...More

We really enjoyed the Treetop Walk, great views - especially from the tower looking over to the Southern Alps. Lovely peaceful (there was only one other small group when we went mid morning) way to see all the native trees and birds.
