Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Kylie was patient and calm as were the horses. We wound our way through beautiful native bush and breaking through overlooking gorgeous Sandy Bay. Along the way we met Tuna (eels) native forest and birdsong
What a wonderful experience. We were beginners though there are rides that take you through the surf! Next time!
Thank you so much

The experience goes far beyond the expected. Amazing views, relaxing time, fun and Erin who is an awesome guide. It was so good that I proposed to my partner. 😄

Wonderful experience sharing riding for the first time with my 8-year-old son. The horses were gorgeous - Belle, you have my heart! Erin, our guide, was fantastic. Great communication all the way through. Loved meeting the eels and riding through lovely bush and farmland. Overall a very relaxed, fun ride. Thank you.

Great ride, nice people, beautiful setting. Handleable route for novices, with some stream crossings and hill to feel like we were really riding! Rode with 11 and 10 year olds and they loved it.

Great bush scenery and riding. Our guide (Erin) was really great especially with the younger children. Kids rated it as their best activity of the holidays

Lovely trek on beautiful horses. Our guide Erin was excellent. Loved seeing the eels.
The horses are clearly looked after so well.
The guide and owner took considerable care to make sure our horses were a good match for our varied abilities.
The trek was not cheap, but definitely worth what we paid. This is not your typical trekking business with overworked and despondent horses dragging themselves along.
Would definitely do again

The horse trek was excellent and very enjoyable. the guides were very kind and very encouraging. This was my first time horse riding and they made sure to explain everything. This was a very worthwhile activity in my opinion.
P.s. The eels were very nice too.

I took my girlfriends on the Calm Bay ocean swim trek for Valentines day, this was a very special day lead by Naomi, with a gentle ride to the beach and back over farm tracks with spectacular views up and down the coast.
this trek was topped off with the opportunity to take the horses which made for a magical experience, thank you.
