We visited when it was raining and felt the full power of the falls! There is a trail from the base of the falls that follows the river back to town basin - great family adventure!

Great, quick walk around the falls. Start at the top, cross over the top, follow the track loop around the bottom through beautiful native bush. Picnic at the bottom, or kick a ball around the grassed areas at the top. There's something for everyone.

Easy parking to view the falls from the top or stroll down through the pretty walkway and view the falls from below which was fantastic for photos. Lush New Zealand scenery!

The falls were beautiful. You can walk down to the base of the falls quite easily. The hike back up is not too taxing either.

Nice falls for relaxing with one or two tables with benches for a picnic or relaxing. You can go there by walking from the city through the nature or the sidewalk, by bus or by car.

Sorry, I don't know. Best to Google it, or ask the Whangarei I-site for info online. Good luck :)
