Reyburn House is the home of the Northland Society of Arts and its art collection, as well as being a New Zealand Historic Places Trust Category 2 listing. We offer a variety of exhibitions every month of the year and a gift shop with work constantly changing, all easily accessible in the heart of Whangarei.

Entry by donation. This is an art gallery/shop. It is full of original art works all for sale. The rooms and hallway are a little small to really show off the large canvases that were on display when we visited. The smaller pieces included jewellery and some sculpture. It is interesting.

Just take a relaxing walk along the Hatea Loop to the Heritage Reyburn House where the Art Gallery and Art Studio is surrounded by a Heritage Rose and Cottage Gardens.

This is a lovely gallery with a very unique gift shop with really great jewelry and the likes to buy. The paintings are very exquisite. Well worth a visit.
