The location was peaceful and in a beautiful garden. The cottage was very well equipped and the owners were really helpful, even baking us a loaf of bread!

visited with friends on a lovely summer day but only outdoor seating on benches in the garden. Food was very average. Not a large range available.

Wow what a beautiful setting. Accommodation at the Lodge was just magical. Highly recommend. Hosts were so helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Lovely extras like fresh eggs etc. We will definitely be back.

Well worth a visit and a very pleasant way to spend an hour or so. The gardens have two 'loops' and clearly marked trails to follow. If you plan ahead, take a picnic and find a quiet spot to enjoy it.
