These builtifull gardens are worth a look at because of where they are, up a little old road and then you come to this delightful paradice, well worth it.

Rapaura is a fantastic mix of nature and artifice, with a wonderful feeling of tranquility. At the same time, one marvels at the perseverance of the architects and builders of these water wonders. It is a thoroughly enjoyable afternoons activity.

A wonderful secret place. The water gardens are amazing to wander round...take your time. The walk up to the falls is great and not strenuous. The restaurant has fantastic food and the staff are very knowledgable about the gardens.

The gardens are completely overpriced. There are similar gardens in the old quarry near Whangarei and they are free to enter. These ones need more gardening and cleaning, the pond with lillies and ducks is more like a swamp. The customer service is not up to...More
