Seat great, hot food not so
Nice cinema has more luxury class feel to it and more food options but id have to avoid their hot food options next time as we ordered a bunch of their fried chicken and every peice was over cooked or burnt, it was like biting into a rock. We purchased the tickets online but the email did'nt say anything about the booking in process, we went to the counter and showed the qr code but lady said we can go straight in theres no tickets. Had to dig up the email again to find the seat number and cinema were almost identical we ended up in the wrong cinema but found our way in the end - i guess we were'nt used to the whole no ticket just walk into the cinema type thing. Excellent seating, with recliners and a small light. Little bit on the pricer side but you pay extra for comfort.

    Mmm... not impressed.
I booked our tickets online yesterday for a showtime today. This morning, we decided to postpone. There was no way to cancel our tickets, reschedule or be refunded online. There was also no telephone number listed anywhere to contact the theatre directly. In the finish, we went not wanting to waste the money we'd paid for the booking. Arriving, there is no clear indication of 'what to do next.' Self - serve kiosks we're available to buy tickets and, presumably, order food. Very impersonal. We went to a counter to order drinks, paid and waited. And waited. Time ticked on, and we had another 'what to do next' moment. I showed my ticket confirmation to the person at the counter who told us to just go in. Great inside the cinema: comfy chairs, excellent sound and visuals. The toilets were repulsive. It looked like they hadn't seen any maintenance for a couple of days. No towels of any kind to dry hands, and the soap dispenser was empty. I won't go into the puddles around the loo... Gross. And I do hope the employee toilet at least has hand soap. My drink straw didn't have a wrapper... Will we go back? Who knows, maybe. I'll just not order a $7 small Coke so that I won't need to chance it in the toilet.

    Date Night Disappointment
Date night special saw us thinking we could order some dinner and watch a movie at the same time. The food was a huge disappointment and over $100! we paid $140 total for movie and snacks for 2 people :o The food is basically fast food you would get at the plaza. Just less quality. There's nothing upper-class about this cinema anymore except the recliner chair. At first when they opened - IT WAS AMAZING!! They came through on all their advertising. Stainless steel cups that stay cold thru the whole movie. Decent size. Its gone downhill real fast. $7 for a glass full of coke basically. Paper cup, paper straw. ICK. Ordered a coffee to start with but they didn't have what I'd just ordered at the kiosk (alt milk extra $1.50) That was $7.90 for a small coffee and they didn't even have the alt milk they're advertising! $39 for chicken and chips!! Nup. C'mon guys this isn't how you're going to keep customers.

Seems quite impersonal when you arrive - you are confronted with large touch screen “fast food restaurant” type kiosks. Order your tickets and drinks then you have to go to a human at the bar to get them anyway. Very little table space to wait, drink & chat until your cinema is ready.
Drinks are ridiculously expensive $21 for a large glass of wine and the sneaky “booking fee” of $3 on top of your tickets that are purchased automatically online seems a bit cheeky.
No person at the door to greet you or even check your tickets.
The quick turnaround between sessions was reflected in the dirty used drinking straw left behind on my seats table. All tables should have a small light, however mine was ripped off and gone, leaving a mounting screw sticking out.
Movie was good, however theatre itself not as intimate as other options available in town - felt like a long way from the screen.
An ok experience however I expected a little better than what it was.
Other cinema operators do a better job and provide a better experience I feel.
