A great place to sit on the beach and watch the waves and surfers, or a great place to surf. The river is a lot warmer and canoes can be hired. Some very steep sand dunes to climb up and run down.

You must check out the Marg river mouth especially for sunset. Get there early, there's a lookout very close as well with a great view over the beach/ cliffs and stairway down to beach.

We visited this area early in the morning and it was fantastic. Not a busy place but a great photo stop. Where the river meets the sea is pleasant viewing early in the day.

Can be very windy, plenty of kite surfers and board surfers. Can also walk around the edge of the river. Beware of snakes and wear enclosed footwear etc.

Yes most definitely. There was a board near the walkway showing species, sizes and bag limits allowed. There was a man fishing at the mouth of the river while we were there. Such z lovely spot. Enjoy!
