In Honour of Monsignor Hawks, a very clever and dedicated man who achieved a lot in his very hard lifetime.A very interesting place to visit even if you have no religious feelings.

Had some free time in Geraldton and dropped in to have a look. Fascinating history of a clearly devoted and inspiring man. Interesting.

The lady at the front reception( volunteer) was the best host There was a old man helper with Indian background who helps voluntary there Both of them were so friendly Helpful, knowledgeable About churches and town Thanks to both of them Poonamit ( Perth)

Unfortunately the cathedral was still closed for renovations but do spend time in the heritage centre as a preliminary insight to the work that this priest managed to achieve. We moved on to Mullewa, church and museum closed due to lack of volunteers. This museum...More
