The tower is just of the main street in Shepparton. It is a good walk up the steps. Once at the top, you can enjoy a wider view of the city. Meter parking is available close by.

It is a communication tower in the middle of Shepparton and definitely not a tourist attraction unless you are into average telecommunication towers. Someone must have had fun when they listed this.

A communications tower (Telstra Tower) is located off the Maude Street Mall and is open on the weekdays. A lot of australian towns have these which were buitl in mid to late 60's. Quite nice observatory spot.

Kind of like the Eiffel Tower, only worse. Worth a climb for the view if you're in the centre of town. Positive is it's free.

Rather tiring climbing up lots of stairs but definitely worth going. Enjoy the views of Shepparton from the top. Only open between the hours of 9am to 3pm on weekdays.

Loads of stairs, great for exercise. Views are great. Downside was the graffiti and rubbish around the lookout and stairs. Would be a lot nicer if/when cleaned up.

Communication tower I'd the best place to go becomes you can walk up the stiars to the lookout witch you can see the all town and it'd a good place to do fitness
