Thank heavens we have this service. I have used it about 8 times now.
If my flight is early or late, i can still get on the bus.
Yes, they dont accept concession cards at the coubter, but if you book online you can get your $2.
The bus picks you up and drops you off right at the front door of the airport. There you can pick up a discarded luggage trolley and save $4. Hey, the same as a concession discount if you miss out.
Thankyou Gull, you do a great job.

Booked the bus on Frisay night for Saturday pickup at Corio Village after coming off the Spirit of Tasmania. All was going well until boat stopped near docking, took ages to dock, then waited over 30mins for a taxi (bad setup at terminal for taxis to come in) we thought we missed our bus. As we were traveling out by taxi Gull bus driver rang...asked where we were a d was happy to wait for us....making him 5-10mins behind schedule. We were very thankful as we had already paid for the bus and it was going to cost about $180 by taxi to airport. Thankyou to our driver for waiting we really appreciated it.

I used Gull to travel from Melbourne Tullamarine airport to Geelong for a conference. The service was excellent. The coaches were very clean, the drivers were very friendly and helpful, and the admin staff were very happy to accommodate a last-minute change in my booking. The coaches were on time, and the terminal in Geelong was warm and well-lit for my early-morning departure. I would highly recommend this as a cheap and reliable way to get to Geelong.

Unbeknownst to me, I boarded the wrong bus Gull on Saturday 14/09/2024. Driver demanded $39 without looking at my printed travel itinerary (travel costs covered). I said that I needed to go to Deakin University. He said that we do not stop there. He should have informed me that I was on the wrong Gull bus. Fortunately, I had money in my bank account, otherwise I would have been stranded at Melbourne Airport.

I've travelled with Gull a few times. Staff are very friendly, Cost to transport from Airport to Geelong and vis versa would triple in petrol and parking if travelling by private vehicle. Highly recommend Gull.

Required the services of the Gull Airport services twice during December 2020. Excellent services on-time. Drivers are friendly and accomodating. On both occasions, it was not a problem to change pre-booked bus times. Earlier one from the airport to Geelong, later one from Geelong to the airport.

Arrived in late to Melbourne after 5 and half hours delayed flight from Auckland. Had booked earlier bus to Geelong. No bother in changing to later bus. Bus driver very kindly called a taxi for remainder of journey to Ocean Grove. Very much appreciated kindness and helpfulness of driver at the end of a long day's travel.

Simple and easy to make.booking. allows you to make free changes with your booked ticket up to 10times. Very reliable service, helpful coach pilots. Have high regards to it's customer's concerns and needs. Saved me from sleeping on street at Melbourne Airport multiple times when the airlines delays the trip and I tend to miss the last bus to Geelong. But the coach pilot always ring and send messages to make.sure I'm not left behind. A big thanks to all pilots in Gull Bus.

We have been using Gull Airport bus service for many years. All drivers are corteous and obliging. It's an excellent service to Melbourne Airport. It's so good to have the service back after their closure during Victoria's many lockdowns. The office staff are excellent too. Good to have you back!

The bus was half hour late for the Tullamarine shuttle. So a flight was missed.
It was so hot on the bus, with no air-conditioning.
No phone number to contact the company.
When we got on board we had to write on a piece of paper our details.
Over all a very poor experience.
