We are 2 adults and a four year old and really enjoyed this chairlift ride. It goes slow so you have time to see things, take pictures and just enjoy the stillness up in the sky. We were there early in the morning so there...More

This is a fairly short, comfortable ride overlooking part of the cataract. There's no need to take a round trip. Walking back from either end is fairly easy. You can walk back from the upper or lower level. The upper level bridge allows a decent...More

We took the family aged between 4 and 69 and we all enjoyed the chairlift. We took a one way ticket up and walked down one of the interesting paths. There are lots of lovely plants, trees and views to be had on the way.

The council is busy working on making this a first class tourist attraction. We loved the walks especially at night when it is all lit up. What a wonderful part of Tasmania - Enjoy

We had a lovely lady on the 28.12.18 in the afternoon who was so friendly and informative where we bought our tickets. We did the return but did the walk up to the viewing platform which is steep not for the feint hearted.

Sorry about the delay in answering. No restrictions for little ones. They look after you really well. However you have most likely been on the ride by now.

Hi there. The walk is level and I was with someone who has walking difficulties and they managed both ways very well. Its an easy walk along the river.
