Lovely ride to arrive at Murphys Creek from the Gold Coast.Pulled into the MC Tavern for lunch.Cold beer and fabulous steak sandwiches and burgers.Service was very fast,we all enjoyed our stop here for lunch:)))))

We went to enjoy a nice weekend of camping and activities. The activities were great but at night went to cook and there was only one working BBQ for the whole camp site. Still a good experience but bring your own grill.
This was the most difficult place to find it was ridiculous. I couldn't even enjoy the drive because there is absolutely no signage of where to go what so ever. Honestly incredibly disappointing. It really was not worth the frustration.
The drive to Murphys Creek and Spring Bluff wasn't as pretty as scenic as I'd hoped - pretty ordinary really. I'm sure Spring Bluff train station would be very pretty in spring, but not worth seeing in April - flower beds are bare. Much more...More
