Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Love this beach. Great place for the kids and great place to have a surf. Stunning, white sand and clear water. Highly recommended

Easily the best beach on the Gold Coast and property prices are starting to reflect it. Because this beach is North facing and protected by the point, it doesn't get affected by the afternoon sea breeze/winds like Surfers does. The water is consistently turquoise in color and the temperature is amazing. It's also a very protected beach to teach the youngsters surfing. Do yourself a favor and visit this gem.

Greenmount Beach is a good beach for surfing, and there is a coastal walk from Greenmount to Snapper Rocks which is well worth doing. Then call in to the Greenmount Surf Club sit on the terrace and have a cool drink, enjoy.

Visited on Wednesday 16th June. This has to be one of the best beaches around, it's protected with plenty of surf to enjoy.

So love Greenmount Beach, the sandy bottom, the crystal blue water, a beautiful beach and nice picturesque walk around the headland to watch the surfers. Always feel safe with life guards on duty.

The walk around the headland from Greenmount Beach to Rainbow Bay is one of the most superb walks on the Gold Coast

Disclaimer: I am a member of the TH&C SLSC. Parking is always at a premium but Greenmount offers the largest FREE car park on the Gold Coast. All within 50metres of the widest north facing beach in the land. Nathan's KIOSK is 'on the beach' for coffee and snacks. And the Greenmount Beach Club is the best venue to view the sun set over the scenic rim.

Such a beautiful beach. Great for families and non-families too! Perfect day at the beach with the beautiful rocks providing sheltered swims. Lovely grass areas and BBQ facilities for a great day out. One of our faves. There are non-rock areas to swim however I didn’t take pics as was capturing the beauty of the rock side.

Fantastic beach for a beginner surfer, Great breaks that go on for ever, even if you can only go straight. Hours of fun, beautiful setting, with tree lined path and clear blue waters. One of my favorite places.

Not as modern as Coolangatta surf club, but the veranda area has fantastic views back over the beach and ocean to Brodabeach and Surfers Paradise. Food was fine.
