If you want an enjoyable walk along a picturesque coastline that is not too difficult ( there are some hills) then this is a good option. The walk is mostly level and wide suitable for all ages and families.

Walking around the coast is one of the joys of living in Newcastle. Also a great place to go whale spotting.

We did a small part of this coastal walk on a recent cruise visit to Newcastle, NSW. The scenery is stunning and the views out over the water are magnificent. This walkway is well used and we met bathers, surfers, runners and dog walkers.
