We only had a couple of days on Armidale with the only full day being a Sunday. The info centre was open by 9am and the gentleman there was very informative and orient with us even though he had a steady stream of people coming...More

Definitely visit the team at the Armidale Visitor Centre if you are looking for things to do in and around Armidale during your visit. We spoke to Jill and she was great!

Has adequate parking. Vast range of information for the New England area. I visit the centre to purchase jam and other local items.

Waterfall way brochures for each stop were good. Assured that falls near Armidale were flowing. They weren't due to drought. Waste of time.

As a good information centre should be. Nice staff and heaps of info, brochures, maps. A nice selection of products on sale as well. Drop in to help plan your stay in the area.

They run a free guided bus tour from the Information Centre. It lasts about 3 hours and is very informative. We visited both cathedrals, the Aboriginal Cultural Centre, New England Regional Art Museum and got a free cuppa and biccies at the Railway Station. Norman...More

We were told about the free bus tour that they run from the info centre so we did go there for that reason the staff there are so helpful asked what we wanted to see in Armidale then recommended options The bus tour was excellent...More
