It is about 20 km from Armidale, half of which is on an unsealed road passing through grazing land for sheep and cattle. The section of unsealed road is quite well maintained, and not a problem even for normal sedans. You just need to watch...More

Only 2 kms from Dorrigo and the lookout is literally 10 metres from the car park so well worth the detour.

It is a bit of drive on an unsealed road, but a visit to Dangar's Falls is definitely worth it. It's only just over 20km from Armidale and is the most amazing gorge which just springs out of nowhere. The walking tracks and lookouts are...More

Not a lot of water flowing when I visited and not a great access road. In the area Dangar Falls at Dorrigo and Ebor Falls at Ebor are much more impressive.

The drive out to this beauty spot, even though on dirt road, is well worth the effort. The waterfall is spectacular and there are a number of walking tracks catering to both the fit and not-so-fit.

Worth the bumpy road into falls. Nice for a bush walk and/or a picnic in good weather. Falls most photogenic after rain.

Worth the drive along the unsealed road - the park and falls are a lovely spot to spend an hour or two. There are plenty of walking trails and the scenery is breathtaking - even if the falls are a little short on water. Recommended.

Excellent selection of walking trails and viewing spots. Wonderful BBQ facilities, and the free camping area is just superb. Plenty of wildlife-watch out for red-bellied black snakes. When the water flow is up, its a must see.

Quiet, beautiful views into the gorge country, short walks, wildlife and wildflowers. Great free campsite. Best visit after rain .
