We came looking for Mooloola River National Park and never found it, so when we past a sign for Ewan Maddock Dam and in desperate need of a walk, we drove down the road – which is a bit unsealed at the end – but...More

Visited recently for the first time, I was amazed at the beauty and serenity of the place. One thing though, "dont forget the Aeroguard" !!

Nice spot for a family picnic. Please remember the mozzie repellent - it is near a standing bidy of water.

Well signed pathways through forest and wetlands. Horse float parking and designated paths for horse riding. Dogs allowed on a lead. I saw kayakers on the dam, looked like a beautiful spot for a paddle. So quiet! A lovely spot for a morning walk, with...More

Answer is NO. Dogs to remain on leash, or leave dogs at home. I'd like to see this rare opportunity to allow dogs in a place like this, to not be ruined by others that do not follow the signs at entrance.
