I liked that part when the Real Journey captain stopped the engine and asked everyone to put down their cameras, stop talking, stop walking, and just absorb the beautiful scenery with our own eyes. We were very lucky as everyone listened and did exactly as...More

We were lucky enough to go on boat cruises around Milford and Doubtful Sounds. Both spectacular but Doubtful Sound has the edge for me, just - far less other boats/people, more wildlife, greater variety of scenery. Amazing stuff but you have to commit - took...More

My husband and adult daughter had a fantastic trip to doubtful sound. It is well worth the trip. Loved the sounds of silence.

We took the Doubtful Sound cruise on a rainy day, and even with the nonstop downpour, the views were beautiful. The waterfalls were very impressive because of the rain and the park was full of beauty. This is a Must-Do activity if you are in...More

Real journeys took us on an amazing experience into this unbelievable part of NZ and the world. The guides were knowledgeable and their quirky NZ humour was fun. This is a place not to be overlooked when travelling here. There is a really good reason...More

This was one of the most breathtaking places on Earth! I was a little concerned about the amount of time, just to get to the Sound, but it was worth every kilometer traveled! Every turn provided a new, stunning vista. Breathtaking!

Singles, but I failed to mention the sand fleas are bad there. Put on plenty of repellent. The water is smooth as glass, so should be no problem
