Takes about 45 minutes to drive to Glenorchy and there are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lakes the entire way. We had lunch in Glenorchy and did a walk by the water before heading back to Queenstown.

A great drive to Glenorchy, plenty to see along the way, and once your there enjoy a cold beer or go for a kayak, have lunch, a small compact town well worth the drive out there.
