I had the 1hr 20min facial and it was very relaxing and my face feels great - and the staff were lovely - but a few small things, the light on the ceiling is directly above where your head lays so even with my eyes shut it was bright and the facial room is right near the entrance so when people came into the shop they were quite loud and it was a bit distracting (when trying to relax).
Also in the description it says you get a hand/arm massage and neck/shoulder massage, I know that most places you get one or the other, however I did not get to either in my visit. This was very disappointing as the whole reason I booked that treatment was so that I could have a facial and a small massage element.
I did however make the booking through bookme and found a great discount so was very happy with that.

I had a beautiful one hour facial. It was so relaxing and the beautician was very attentive to my needs. It also included a neck, shoulder and head massage. A great spot if you want to unwind and relax. The decor could be improved a bit

I had a full set of acrylics with a polish on top. A little pricey even with it being $20 off acrylics on Saturdays. Despite this Carly was very welcoming and did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the result.

While half the family were jumping off the Nevis Bungy, my other daughter and I decided to relax, we had been travelling and walking along the Westland Glaciers. Also we had survived the winding roads and passes from Franz Joseph Glacier. Our massage was via the website bookme.co.nz, this site is a must for those travelling or like me travelling with a family of 5.
We had a terrific massage with a young lady from the UK, she made sure that the pressure was O.K, the treatment was bliss. My daughter also booked a manicure later in the afternoon, as she was happy with the service.

A beautiful relaxing full body massage was a treat at the Amore day spa. I would highly recommend and make sure to ask for the lovely Mara who is the best.

Paid about $74 for a manicure with gel polish, the most I have paid in NZ (I live in Auckland and they usually cost around $55), but I thought, hey maybe it will be worth it... man was I Wrong! All of my nails had the polish chip off less than 4 days later they look absolutely terrible, i don’t believe it was even get polish they used? I visit Queenstown often and won’t be back. You girls need to stop ripping people off with your fake products.

I had an appointment, but did have to wait 5-10 minutes for the technician to finish up on the previous customer. The manicure was pretty basic. It felt that they were understaffed. The tech doing my nails was also answering phones, and booking appointments. They did have free wifi.
