So Spa, So Amazing! My partner and I both got a Wave of Relaxation massage with Nadia and Jess. They were fantastic. We absolutely loved it and we will be back!

Spa was beautiful but the massage was painful and left me with a torn disc in my back which meant a few days off work to recover from it.

My husband and I had a massage here recently and we both said it was the best we have ever had. Nadia & Deborah are excellent!!! Couldn't fault a thing..... Will definitely be back.

Wow! That was fantastic. So relaxing just what I was looking for. The steam room was incredibly hot. The body scrub was relaxing followed by one of the best massages ever.

We opted for the Journey for Two and they did not disappoint. Deborah and Rei were fantastic and my husband and I were completely relaxed during and after. Probably one of the better spa experiences i have had.

From the moment I was met at the reception area I was put at ease and had explained to me all of my options as well as made to feel important.

Used the spa twice for a full body massage and foot reflexology whilst staying at the Sofitel, which is one of my favourite hotel chains. Treatment rooms are spacious and relaxing. Therapists very calming... Just be careful coming out of the treatment rooms, the handles are in the middle of the door, I managed to hit the side of my... More

Oh my goodness... Where to start? We were recommended So Spa by Karen at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel - somewhere for a genuine full spa experience. We had a wonderful time, beginning with the lovely concierge at the Sofitel finding a price list before they opened and taking our booking. From choosing the 'flavour" of our products/oils for our treatment,... More

Having a Greenstone massage and a facial was a very enjoyable relaxing experience and afterwards my skin felt great without feeling greasy, as was my last massage in Fiji.
