Making wine personal.... Join Queenstown's original wine tour. Enjoy spectacular scenery, fascinating local history and more importantly taste some great wines,in particular our Pinot Noir. Tours depart daily from Queenstown all year round. Our guides have local knowledge and a great relationship with vineyard personal. Our tours are relaxed, personalised and visit a selection of boutique wineries. We keep our tours small and travelling time to a minimum, so there is plenty of time for you to sample fine wine, food and local cheeses whilst interacting with winery personnel. For those who prefer the exclusivity of a private guide and vehicle, we offer full and half day tours exploring the wine areas of Gibbston Valley and Bannockburn. Our Wine Tours can be combined with a Jet Boat ride, Helicopter flight or the ultimate relaxation package, try our spa and wine experience. We offer complimentary pick up and drop off from accommodation or central Queenstown

We recently travelled to Queenstown with another couple and booked the 'Bannockburn's finest full day tour.' Having done many wine tours in New Zealand, Europe and Australia I have to say this one was quite disappointing. Most of the wineries we visited we small operations...More

We are sorry to hear that our Bannockburn Tour did not meet your expectations, from your comments, it seems that you were most disappointed in the Central Otago wine region rather than our company. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to address the issues raised...More

We joined the original wine tour which took us to 3 wineries - Kinross, Mt Rosa and Gibbston Valley. It was a small group of 5 which was lovely. We enjoyed an array of wines - mostly Pinot Noir due to region, and a cheese...More

What an amazing time we had with our delightful driver Rex visiting some fantastic wineries, sampling amazing local produce and learning more about the wine making process during our cave tour. Fantastic tour which I would highly recommend to others.

I did a wine tour in Christchurch in October of 2016 and it was outstanding. This year on my 2017 visit to South Island, I went on the tour in the Otago area and ended up finding a top quality wine that I liked enough...More

Questions & Answers
Hi Everyone, I'm visiting Queenstown in mid-August with my boyfriend and we're excited to visit the Queenstown Wine Trail for the first time. We've hired bikes from Arrowtown, and have decided that doing a day self-guided is better for us rather than adhering to a tour. We are taking the bus in from Queenstown and then hiring the bikes from 11am - 3pm. Could anyone help me with my questions: 1. How far do you think we could go on the trail before we'd need to turn back? 2. Is it possible in that time to loop back around via Lake Hayes, or would we not have enough time? 3. How many wineries / what wineries would you suggest that we visit in the time that we have? 4. Has anyone done the trail during that time of year (Winter)? And should we prepare for it / wear quite warm clothes etc? Thanks so much!!

Hi, Thanks for your enquiry. We are a wine tour operator that takes people around Gibbston Valley in our van and don't have much to do with cycling hire/tours. However from experience I would say that you would need to allow... More
