When my flight from Brisbane to Queenstown arrived, my suitcase was on board but my skis weren’t. After standing in line at lost baggage and then checking into my hotel, it was early evening. I called Sno Pro and they came to my hotel at 8:00 pm, fitted me with a brand new pair of Atomic Maverick all mountain skis and I was ready to go for the next day’s skiing. Two days later my skis arrived at my hotel and Sno Pro picked up their skis while I was out skiing. Great service!

We are NOT a skiing family. However - we want to give our kids the typical Kiwi experience. The Snowpro team could not have made our lives any easier. They turn up to your place, fit you out (complete with great advice) and then return when you are done to collect the hired equipment. The kit was easy on the eye and almost brand new. We only had 3 days in QT/Wanaka and Snowpro ensured we didn’t spend any of that time in a queue somewhere.
If that’s not enough (and it should be really) we/I left two of our kids helmets at Cardrona during the ‘descent’ of the mountain. Even though we offered to pay for them, they spent 2 weeks to track them down and let us know they found them. Great team. 10/10.

Great experience with Snopro. Very responsive and accommodated delivery with our delayed arrival into town. Great quality gear and pick up seamless and easy. So glad we used Snopro and got the gear delivered rather than lining up on the first day on the slopes.

Absolutely excellent. Great gear, fantastic service. Needed boots changed over and they came out late in the evening to do it. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Have used Snopro in Queenstown and Wanaka.
Their service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and keep on record your details should you need to use them in the future. They are very accommodating when it comes to delivering or exchanging gear.

Excellent service. They came to fit our 10 and 16 year olds with boots at short notice. Children went from tears in second hand boots we had bought them, to happy full days of skiing in their hire boots. Best part was I also hired boots and skis. Compete game changer! After many years in my own skis and boots, I hadn't realised how much technology had changed. I also had an outdated idea of hire gear as not very comfortable or good. Snopro's gear was excellent. It helped me ski with confidence, and they were so light. It was back to the good old days of great skiing for me! The guys who came to our apartment were very knowledgeable and lovely people. I twa all so easy and great value. I'm rethinking how we kit out our family. Maybe we hire from now on. Highly recommend Snopro. We will be using them again.

Good gear can really make the biggest difference and it sounds like your experience has proven this. It's cool how much technology has evolved, the new 2023 skis in our performer and premier package really have stepped it up.
