Perfect if you' re looking for a quiet run.. a bit too much in the shadow and be careful with your ankles (rocks !) but very nice for exercise around town (less than 10km/1h return)

The Sunshine Bay track is about 30 minutes walking from the centre of Queenstown. Beautiful, very secluded and peaceful we spent about 4 hours just sitting on the little jetty.

Needs a coffee bar at the end, but well worth the trek along some really lovely sites and picture taking stops. God for a cool day particularly as it is quite protected in spots

Walk away from the crowds and take on this lovely wee track. Lots of stunning stops for photos on the way and the you end up on the excellent Sunshine Bay beach.

Queenstown doesn't have much free things for tourists, so when you find a track like that, beautiful vies and for free, you do it. The lake, the mountains and all this nature around you, is just amazing. The track is in very good conditions, at...More
