We visited the I-Site to make bus fete failing to book a hire car. The young man who served was most attentive and helpful. Altogether a very helpful and courteous service.

If new to these parts, a visit is worth the time. In need of maps or printed guides? Again, worth visiting to get that free information and hear current advice.

Like most of the places the i-site closes early. But surely one stop place for all information. There are just too many offices in Queenstown that give various combo offers - hence confusing. i-site guys provide reliable info irrespective of whether you book via them...More

So glad we stopped in there to get travel advice! They helped answer questions on travel times and best routes, etc., and seemed extremely knowledgeable of the area and activities. Highly recommend you talk with them.

We stopped in for their city map, not the best for area coverage, but the main item was the bus schedule. This is not a great pedestrian town to see attractions so that will be very useful.

They did not deliver service with a smile but they did deliver! I needed someone to call my hotel for some information and they did, for free.

Greta helped us wonderfully. We had nothing booked for the Christmas week and she sorted out all our accommodations and activities. She is amazing, even got us a room that was unavailable online! Thank you so much for saving our last minute holiday so professionally!

You cacn do a lot in 4 days, but as Dominic wrote including Milford Sound might be tough as it is a long ride. I definetely recommend upfront booking as well.
