I found the staff were very well informed about all the activities, whereas the hotel people were not. My trip to Te Anau was arranged by them. There were two centres, both excellent.

We used the services offered here a lot and booked rides on Skippers Jet, sky diving with Nzone etc. Found the staff to be so friendly and full of information, so useful to first time visitors. Ask them anything and they will help you to...More

Really helpful lace to go to to see different brochures of different touristy activities that one can do when visiting Queenstown.

The ladies in here were an absolute help to me whilst wandering around getting completely lost! Provided me with a map and showed me where I needed to go. Customer service at its best!

If you feel overwhelmed with options when you get to Queenstown, the i-Site visitor center at the Clocktower is a great place to start. The staff are very friendly and will do everything they can to help you experiences the wonderful activities of Queenstown

Centre of town- ski buses goes nearby- busy for skihire etc- prices ok- lots of choices. Close to lots of restaurants and ski shops.

hi planning to visit queenstown early july 17 we have a camper van and we are hoping to get a couple of days skining and possibly do jet boat and day trip to milford sound. do you need to have site booked for early july and is 4 days enough to fit in those activities. would be great full for any advice as first time visitors to nz l

You cacn do a lot in 4 days, but as Dominic wrote including Milford Sound might be tough as it is a long ride. I definetely recommend upfront booking as well.
