Queenstown is the biggest tourist destination for NZ This center is biggest source for info . If you need to know about Queenstown do and don'ts; this the place to be.Staff is very friendly and professional ; always happy to help you

The location is very convenient, right in the centre of the city. I went there and asked some questions about what to do, tours, transportation, etc.

You cacn do a lot in 4 days, but as Dominic wrote including Milford Sound might be tough as it is a long ride. I definetely recommend upfront booking as well.
