Dave , our driver , was “da man”! We literally entrusted our lives to him and his driving was safe, enjoyable, and his commentary very entertaining. The ride up and back is not for sissies but don’t let that stop you, it was well worth...More

A great trip with a hair raising drive in and out of the canyon. I felt completely safe with our driver Dave who was a wealth of information about the gold mining history and the current inhabitants. The jet boat ride was fabulous.

This was a thrilling experience from 'go to whoa' and our party of 5 were all in agreement that it was the best afternoon ever. The scenery in Skippers Canyon is stunning but the road is hairy so the best way in is to travel...More

As a group of 14, we had the best day ever! The guides (Peter and Dave) gave us a hilarious, informative and historical narrative all the way into Skippers Canyon. The road leading us there was amazingly perched along high sheer cliff faces. The jet...More

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Go for the full tour with a stop for tea or coffee, a visit to their informal museum, & gold panning. The 45-minute ride each way in an Oka, a Jeep-Humvee cross is spectacular, but don’t look down if...More

It was $195pp and I would think it is fine for a fit and healthy 80 year old, It is a family run business and very caring people. Not sure about pickups but they may.
