I was a ‘zip line newbie’, and as I have a fear of heights was slightly nervous to say the least...! My wife had been before, and ‘encouraged’ me to go over a few beers in Queenstown :-) To say I was nervous is an...More

Very enjoyable activity with 2 teenagers. I was impressed that Ziptrek was able to get us to the top of the gondola to start the tour on time even though the gondola was out of action for most of the day. Doing the 6 ziplines...More

This was amazing experience and our first time doing zip lining. We had a miscommunication with the travel agent we booked it with and ended doing the 6 zip lines instead of the 4 we thought we booked. The staff were amazing and tried to...More

We booked the four line tour at the family rate which was very reasonable. Our guides were friendly and so amazing with our kids. Their knowledge of the area and sustainability was great and we enjoyed listening to their commentary on the tour. We hope...More

Booked a zip line excursion, but the weather was miserable. Very cold & drizzle. Nonetheless they were operating and the trip improved mightily as the drizzle turned into a beautiful snow. Zip lining in snow made it a unique/wonderful experience. The crew guiding the customers...More

Very friendly guides who are incredibly patient if you’re like me and afraid of heights. Once you get past the first step off from the ledge it gets easier and the views are to die for! Highly recommended.

Hiked to the top of the mountain, you can take a gondola for an extra charge but I prefer the climb which was a great workout. Lots of scenery along the way. Checked in and got suited up in safety gear, the guides were friendly...More
