While my mom and I were visiting Queenstown, we took the trip out to Milford sound. It was roughly a 9-10 hour day trip where stops were made in T'anu (I believe there is a glow worm cave there - we did not stop long...More

The boat ride was very relaxing. The views were worth every picture we took. Another trip has to be planned.

This trip is very good value for $$ paid. If you are in this part of New Zealand you should visit Milford Sound. This us one of the best ways to see this country.
