This is an absolute must do when your in Queenstown. The breweries are locally owned, I am not a beer drinker but thoroughly enjoyed the day, I switched out beer for wine at some places, but enjoyed all the beer I did taste! Lewis is the best host - a lot of local knowledge of the area and the beer! It is excellent value for money and a great way to see parts of QT! Highly, highly recommended setting aside a day to do this!

For me, a non-beer drinker, to say this was one of the best outings we did while in Queenstown says a lot. Lewis is knowledgeable, personable, and just a great guy to hang out with for 5 hours! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
I liked that there were non-beer options available at most of the stops. Lots of beer, lots of different flavors, and it was great to get a taste of what local breweries are offering.

A fantastic day out with Lewis, touring the local breweries. Great scenery, lunch, beers and an entertaining day hosted by Lewis. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Queenstown. I booked the tour for something fun to do as it was our wedding anniversary. We had no expectations of what it was going to be like. My husband & I aren’t wine fans so I thought this would be something fun to do, tasting beer.
We really lucked out as not only was it a nice, sunny day but we also had an amazing guide in ‘Lewis’. He’s an absolute legend & made our day extra special. We were the only ones on the trip. Lewis certainly had his work cut out with us as my husband & I like to chat - so we didn’t stop talking to him. He was so friendly & absolutely made our day. Being a local made it feel extra special too as his knowledge was spot on along with his beer knowledge. We couldn’t recommend this trip enough. Thanks again Lewis, we will be back. Helen & Mark

What a fabulous experience!
Lewis - what a legend, fantastic host. His brewery, their beers and local knowledge was amazing. It was a great way to see the outskits of Queenstown as well, loved the running commentary and laughs along the way. I'm not a beer drinker but Lewis was accommodating with lighter alternatives. Lunch was devine, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine and specifically matched beer. Great experience overall an absolute must do in Queenstown.

Queenstown has a ton to offer, many people are aware of the wine region, but there's a whole world of beer out there too! And you'll want to try it straight from the tap!
We really lucked out as we had the tour all to ourselves, that being said, the tours are smaller allowing for a more unique experience. Our guide (Lewis, Louis?) was really informative-not only about all of the delicious beers we tried but also about the regional history. A laid-back local, it felt like we were getting an insider's look into the area and beyond. He has close connections to local breweries, large and small, and his relationships with the owners/staff are authentic-great for feeling like less of an out-of-towner.
Long story short, sign up! You will walk away with great memories having discovered many delicious local brews, toured new places, and gained a local perspective.

What an incredible tour. Lewis was a wonderful guide - not only did we get to taste a plethora of local brews, Lewis taught us all about the beer-making process, and even showed us different grains and took us behind the scenes at one brewery. Great selection of breweries, got to try a decent number of beers at each stop, and also enjoyed a food pairing at the second brewery and some free time to explore Arrowtown. I can't recommend this tour enough, if you're a beer enthusiast, a skeptic, a casual drinker - really, for anyone. Great afternoon.

What a great day. Small enough to be intimate and personal. Meeting people you never would otherwise. Learnt about the area and tasted and learnt so much about craft beer. One of the best holiday activities I've done. Lewis was brilliant.
