Our guide/ bus driver Julian was exceptional. We watched a video on our way to the swing spot which helped with the nerves. Once there, we met Morgan and Doug who were very professional and witty. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience so much so...More

I'm moderately afraid of heights and never done anything remotely like this. The staff were humerous and fairly understanding of how nervous I was. I ended up jumping twice and 5hrs later still feel a little shaken but over-all it was a good experience.

My beloved is moderately afraid of heights, whereas I am totally and quasi-pathologically scared of heights. But we come to Queenstown and there are signs and videos all over for this place, and it seems like if we are ever going to do some kind...More

Hi there! Check-in is 15 minutes before the trip time, and you should allow 2.5 hours for the whole trip. So if you booked the 4.30pm trip; check in will be 4.15pm and you would be back in town around 7pm. Hope this helps!
