I am a self confessed scaredy cat who knew I needed to do the mandatory extreme activity while in Queenstown- so the fox fit this perfectly. Every step of the way the staff was incredibly friendly and receptive to my fear. The guys on the other end of the canyon chatted to me for a while to distract me and... More

Went here last week and did two jumps. I was really nervous and the lads at the jump were great, talking away and joking asking where I was from and what I did etc, almost to distract me from how shaky I was at the start. They suggested I do more frightening jumps and I'm glad I agreed to do... More

Booked this at the last minute when our other activities got cancelled - ended up being the highlight of our trip! The views are stunning, the staff are so friendly and the experience itself feels amazing - if you're on the fence and debating whether to do it, just do yourself a favour and go for it!

Took my son on this tour. We rode up to the platform trail and walked to the jump off point. All the guides were super helpful and friendly with safety being foremost, especially when you're about to free fall 60m towards a river. It's not as scary as it might seem. Certainly worth a try!!

A very enjoyable experience for a 66 year old grandad and 12 year old grand daughter. From the time of meeting the lady behind the desk and then Kev the driver then Rob and the lads on the far side until we completed and left it was really excellent. All of the Team reassured everyone who was doing the Fox... More

The experience was fantastic...being well versed in safety hanging equipment, I was amazed at the overall great condition of all their equipment and the overall focus on rider safety. The staff was friendly and helpful and seemed very aware of exactly how to safely execute the process. No complaints about the Fox.

I've never laughed and crap myself so much at the same time. Enjoyed it that much i did a 2nd jump. Two very funny guys at the top that scare the be-jeez out of you before you've even started lol; but fear not folk "Safety' is always paramount and you're in very safe hands...looking back at the video you can... As I'm not good with heights and rapidly approaching 60, I did wonder if I'd been caught up in the excitement when I agreed to do the Fox. Oh and let's get one thing straight. I could NEVER do the Swing but the Fox appealed as you're in a harness.and able to hold on to something. The experience is in... More

I did the Canyon Swing backwards and it could've been such a great experience, but as soon as I realised I needed a bit of help to jump and asked them for a countdown, the guy said because I'd asked for it he wasn't going to do it. Really disappointing. So I basically had to stand there and amp myself... More
