Had the best day at Buzzstop!
Jul 2021 • Couples
We absolutely loved our experience with Buzzstop! We did the crafts experience where we made our own honey candles, soap and lip balms! Great fun for all ages and we learnt a lot too! Whilst you’re there, have a coffee or a hot chocolate - you won’t be disappointed! Very friendly and welcoming staff, will definitely be back for the beehive tour! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Jun 2021 • Friends
Me and my friend April did the crafting session with Liz and the spin your own honey session with Nick and you couldn't find kinder, awesome, amazing people they 100% made going to buzzstop the highlight of our trip to Queenstown. They are the essence of New Zealand and make me proud to be a Kiwi 💜

Fantastic fun for everyone
Jul 2021
We did the honey spinning and it was fun and informative - highly recommended.

Nick is a welcoming, fun, and knowledgeable host, and is happy to answer every question. We had a great time learning about bees, beehives, and honey, and got several jars of our own spun honey to take away with us (with our own personalised label). Also enjoyed the honey tasting in the shop - delicious!

We will definitely be back in summer to try some of the other experiences.

Great wee break at Buzzstop. Great food, friendly staff. Didn't participate in the activities but watching others do them was fabulous.

Hidden gem
Jul 2021 • Couples
I would 100% recommend doing the 'Honey Spinning' course. We did it this afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! As mentioned in a previous review I saw, this is an absolute hidden gem in Queenstown :)

Don't Order Online
Jun 2021
Looks like a great place to visit, but don't order online from them... ordered items turned up broken, sent video of myself opening the package to show broken item, was told a replacement would come once they had stock, later was told replacement was sent, never arrived, was told they would look for a tracking number, also never arrived, has never answered half a dozen messages & emails for over 20-days, a complete & total rip off.

Hidden Gem in Queenstown
Jun 2021 • Friends
Highly recommend. We had a fab few hours here! I booked honey spinning as a birthday present for a friend and it was really great fun. The four of us arrived early and had a look around the little boutique shop, enjoyed a wine tasting and a pizza and then went through to the workshop. Nick was great, full of information but also really funny! We got a jar of our own spun honey to take away with us and it is even labelled with a picture he took of us. We will definitely be back to try some of the other experiences.

Amazing attraction

What a great place to visit. Nick and his staff went out of the way for our daughter. She had a wonderful time being able to spin honey and create her own jar of honey. Would recommend a visit for lunch and honey spinning

Something for everyone
Apr 2021 • Couples
After driving past a couple of times we decided to book for the honey spinning tour. So glad we did as it was our favourite activity in our holiday. Rosie was an amazing host and guide, her passion for honey and bees was obvious and we loved every minute of the experience.
Will definitely be back in the summertime for the beekeeping tour.
Highly recommend any and everyone stop in here, even just for coffee ice cream and a pot of delicious local honey. Highly recommended, very affordable

Great Little Place
Apr 2021
Located just outside of the Queenstown city, Buzzstop is a great place to stop for a relaxing coffee. Unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity this time around to do the bee tour however based on the other reviews this is something that I would love to do next time around. Large selection of honey in the shop from your standard honey right through the $100+ bottles of Manuka. Coffee was great and the addition of honey as a sweetener instead of sugar was a great touch.

The staff inside was extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about all things bees! Even if you do not do the tour this place is worth a stop just to take a look around, talk to the staff and grab a coffee.
