Immerse yourself in an authentic New Zealand experience in some of the world’s most amazing scenery. The adventure begins in Queenstown, moves along Lake Wakatipu to Glenorchy before heading into the pristine Dart River Valley and the World Heritage area of Mount Aspiring National Park. Enjoy the rich cultural heritage of this area overlooked by Te Koroka, the mythical sleeping giant in the hills famed for its abundance of pounamu. This truly is some of New Zealand’s most spectacular scenery and includes mountains, glaciers, alpine lakes and ancient beech forest which have formed a recogniseable backdrop to Middle Earth and many other well know movies. Both jet boating and kayak tours are available ensuring that both adrenaline lovers and those looking for a more leisurely and immersive experience are catered for.

We really enjoyed this, seemed worth the money. You have a ride in a jet boat, do spins etc. Then a wander around in the bush for half an hour, nothing to strenuous and an entertaining return trip back in a bus.

3-4 hours, including a long lunch break. It's not a strenuous kayak at all: the current does most of the work.

Hi there. It will be cold. Ring them and ask. We did the jet boat etc not funyaking. Wrap up warmly and they give you big water proof fleecy lined coats
