I would never have thought I'd be writing this but this was, quite frankly, one of the most incredible and exhilarating experiences of my life. We did the 15,000 dive, and loved every minute of it. The skydive instructors were very professional, and did a great job of putting us at ease. My particular thanks to Scott, who was my diving instructor. There's nothing quite like this, and I can see how it would get very addictive!

It’s very AMAZING & FUN!!!!
We all enjoy the Tandem skydiving from 9000 we change to 12 000 ft

Thanks for introducing me to my first skydiving experience; it was amazing. Even though my instructor Chris from Sydney (I hope I got the name right, I experienced a 'brain freeze' after the jump and my memory isn't great) has only 'three days' of skydiving training, the whole experience was really good, from the fear at the beginning, to the thrill, to the chill in the air. A big thanks again to my professional instructor, and I hope he picks up skiing too. If I have the chance, I would choose to try skydiving again in winter to experience the different scenery and the cold. 感谢带我体验了第一次的sky dive，感受非常好，虽然我的来自悉尼的教练chris（不知道名字记对了没有，我跳伞遭受了brain freeze，记性不好）只有学了“3天”跳伞，但是整个体验很不错，从害怕，到兴奋，到寒冷。 再次感谢我专业的教练，希望他能学会滑雪。

An experience to cherish forever- was on my bucket list for years and it was certainly worth the wait! Was scheduled for 8 AM but due to bad weather , got a slot at 11. The staff are prompt in sending messages 30 min before scheduled time to update you on weather conditions and delays . Extremely professional and the focus on safety was apparent . Sam , my Instructor , was cheerful , confident and competent . The views from the aircraft are awesome - saphire lakes, emerald fields and snow capped mountains . As one jumps, the beauty unfolds even better . I could appreciate the adrenaline rush, the beauty of the landscape etc safe in the knowledge that Sam was in charge . The link to the videos/ photos were sent within a couple of hours to remind you that you actually Did it !

Me and wife did a tandem dive with these guys. From start to finish, it was clear that this was a professionally run outfit. We were given clear instructions through out the process. Our tandem dive masters were fun and engaging.
And the dive itself was a thrilling and fantastic experience!
Anyone on the edge about this and reading this, just for for it! I would also recommend everyone to go for the 15,000 feet one as it will give you some precious extra seconds to absorb the free fall.

He captured the best videos and photos…really thankful for that.

Is it the Company's responsibility?
IF they were found at fault then I would tend to agree with your thinking and the Company liability insurance would have covered any related costs.
IF not then the Family has no claim against the company and should have got travel insurance as well for the travel and attractions.
In additions there are some disclaimer and forms to sign which clearly outlined everyone responsibility and accountability for taking part in these activities.
It is nonetheless a tragic loss and devastating for the family and everyone concerned. There are always risk associated with such activities. Blaming the company without proof and demanding they pay for all types of expenses will be admitting guilt for something they were not found at fault by ANY investigations criminal/civil by the proper authorities. The claim on the face of it appears baseless and without merit. It is your choice not to support the company. everyone will respect your decision.

We are visiting queenstown in the second week of January and are excited for skydiving at Lake want a (our first). We would be landing in QT around 1:30 PM and were evaluating if we can do skydiving the same day say by 3:30 or 4, gives us leeway to do more things in the city over the next 4 days.
Will the views will considerably different during that time as versus an early morning dive? I was also reading else where that the wind speed increases through the day. Does wind speed change the experience?

Also, keep in mind that your flight might be delayed, or any other number of factors might keep you from getting in at your anticipated time.
I wouldn't be rushing skydiving into a specific time slot. Put aside a morning or afternoon that isnt associated with travel.

I think the best time to do skydive is in the morning since weather plays an important role in this sport and can result to some delay (by hours or a day depending on the weather).
Early morning booking offers several advantages such as:
- Better weather
- Cooler temperature
- Less persons doing skydive

It is a good idea to book as much in advance as possible to ensure that you get the day and time you prefer. The round trip from our reservations shop and back after your jump can take up to 3.5 hours. September a great time to skydive over the beautiful snow capped Remarkables mountain range.

You can prebook but I wudnt advice that. Cos weather in queenstown or new zealand in general changes alot. It's vry unpredictable. Plus there's lots of slot so surely u will be able to get a slot anyway. If u are flexible on time then shud be ok not to book first. If there are alot of you and you are on tight schedule then you shud prebook n u can check wit the staff. They are vry friendly n ready to help.
