We are a family of five and just finished hiking the Kepler track. Easyhike booked the huts for us, hired us our kit and sorted out our food for the hike. The kit was excellent quality and the food was appropriate (it’s hard to rave about dried food- but this is the essence of eating on multi day hikes!) . I forgot to bring snacks - which was a bummer!
The hike itself was incredible and a wonderful family experience.
Easyhike sorted out the huts, car relocation and out kit and food. They did an awesome job of it. Communications with Olivia were highly responsive, helpful and this is even more commendable because it was over the Christmas period.
We highly recommend Easyhike. They were fantastic. The hike is incredible too.

We walked the Routeburn Track from Routeburn Shelter near Glenorchy to the Divide an hour from Te Anau. We needed our car driven from the former to the latter. We contacted Easyhike, and Olivia was super efficient, easy to work with, and accommodated our charging need for an EV without a problem. Pick-up of the key lockbox at the Mobil station in Frankton was efficient and worry free. In summary, the service couldn't be better. Unreserved recommentation!

Olivia from EasyHike was so great to work with. She made the whole process easy and stress free. Both pick up and drop off were a breeze and we ended up having more food than we needed so we have some leftovers for our next backpacking trip!
Her communication was top notch and was incredibly available even when our time difference here in US might have been weird for her. Would recommend booking with EasyHike to anyone.
We were hoping for Milford, but that was obviously sold out. Routeburn is a great second option for those of you who also missed out on Milford.
We really liked starting at divide > Mackenzie hit > Routeburn falls hut > Routeburn. The falls hut was WAAY nicer, so it was cool getting to spend our second night there.

Excellent communication and coordination. I was on a business trip and had the 3-day Kepler Track hike planned for the end of my itinerary. I didn’t want to carry hiking gear while travelling around the South Island — this is where Easyhike came in handy. I booked their Food, Gear, and Transport package, which took care of everything. It was seamless, stress-free, and saved me from hauling heavy bags. Highly recommended!

We relocated our campervan with easyhike when we did the Routeburn track. Service was totally nice, very friendly, answered really fast and gave all information we needed not only for the relocation, but also for our great walk in general. I was never as happy to see my campervan again as I was after a 33km three day-hike and don’t have to worry about how to get back to my car. Easyhike also managed to contact our rental company for everything insurance related, we didn’t have to care about that. Thanks for service, 10/10 recommend!

We did the Kepler track with Easyhike - everything was very well coordinated and organized, the gear was high quality, and communication and service were super friendly. Can fully recommend - I was really happy.
