Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited Climb n Climb for our boys to climb. The activity is very cool (well established concept) but the 2 staff watching the activity were pretty shocking. They stood on the corner talking to each other and hardly ever walked around or encouraged the children climbing. They couldn't see 1/2 activities at best and what was going on. My son's leg strap had on his harness had un double backed (or wasn't picked up at the gate check) which we noticed near the end an corrected (we are climbers). Having owned a climbing gym & taught in the outdoors the staff supervision was pretty poor!

We visited with our three year old who had a ball in the trampolines. Absolutely loved the dodgeball area and obstacle course.
We visited on a weekday morning and had the entire place to ourselves.
Clip n Climb looked amazing, however we didn’t do that activity.
Prices are reasonable also.

We took a 10, 11 and 12 year old for a Clip n Climb session today and the kids just loved it. Safety is taken really seriously and a good briefing is given first. The staff were great with the kids. Plenty of equipment so there was no queuing for the various walls, despite the place being very busy for school holidays. I would highly recommend this place for children and athletic parents.

Took our two boys to Leap on a rainy Friday afternoon while on holiday from the UK.

Arrived when they were about to reopen so were fortunate to have the place to ourselves, and the instructors who were great with the kids, playing dodgeball and having races with them on the inflatable. Great way to pass an hour, and kids keen to go back with their cousin from NZ.

It was a few weeks ago now that we visited Dunedin as part of our tour of the South Island. We'd been told about Leap from a friend who lives locally. We had a blast! Not only was the venue awesome with heaps of variety but the Manager on duty (Lyndon) was so helpful.

We had trouble with our car when we arrived. Most places wouldn't care but Lyndon helped us to fix the issue going way above and beyond what we could have ever expected.

So glad we chose this place and wouldn't hesitate in going back again! Thanks for a great experience.

Good fun. Everything was great. Has various bouncing areas including basketball area and dodgeball area. We were there on a hot day and they had fans going to keep cool. Uses lots of energy.

After we visited the Cadbury factory I took my 3 year old for a session at leap. It was a genius way to burn off the chocolate bar from the factory. I had a ball with my girl - we both jumped for the whole hour. Our favourite bit was the inflatable obstacle course which we went through countless times and the airbag to jump into. Staff were polite and an hour was a great time to use the centre.

I went here with my son an nephew here last night.

During our session they were conducting a photo shoot of the employees in the main trampoline area. The area they were shooting in addition to all the employees standing around on the trampolines watching the photoshoot resulted in us only being able to use one corner of the main area.

We came to the trampoline park to jump around on all the trampolines. Especially the big long ones. So we strayed into the photoshoot from time to time. As a result the employees and photographer yelled at us from the other side of the hall.

The smart thing to do in this situation would be similar if not identicle to the following.

1. Close at published closing time.
2. Conduct photo shoot after hours with employees, without public interference (This results in happy phtographers, happy employees and happy customers).
3. Pay your employees for the additional time required to be at work.

Additional information:
No we were not told there would be a photoshoot on during our session.
Yes we paid full price.
The photoshoot went for the whole hour.
