Great excursion from Dunedin .. the drive down the peninsular was breathtaking. Our driver and guide was an outstanding young man, stopped for some photo opportunities along the way ..also took us for the guided tour of the castle. Would highly recommend Headfirst!

On the Larnach Castle website, it's not advertised that there is NO taxi or public transportation that goes there. You have to book with a tour company. We did the math and booking the tour costs the same as taking a taxi and buying tickets...More

We had booked with Headfirst for our up-coming cruise and fully pre-paid a Lanarch Castle tour. Our cruise was cancelled, and Headfirst issued us a full refund without question or hesitation. So, although we didn't getvto do the tour, Headfirst will definitely be our first...More

We chose this company when we reached the port. They were friendly and the price seemed reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. The only complaint I have is that we were confused about how the bus worked. We thought this was...More

Would not recommend this particular headfirst tour. Appreciate the restoration of a 1970 bus - but it was pouring with rain the day of our visit and the bus leaked. The diesel exhaust fumes were suffocating. We paid $45 pp. We were picked up at...More
