A lovely day out on the Taieri Gorge Railway with great views of the broom on the hillsides. Huge valleys and rickety bridges made the day one to remember. I would certainly recommend this trip to all in Christchurch

We enjoyed this train trip which took nearly 4.5 hours due to track maintenance. There was lots to look at on the way and great to be able to stand outside of the train and take photos. As there hasn't been much rain the river...More
