A great little museum that is free to visit. Nice cafe and large gift shop. Excellent exhibits including one on Sir Edmund Hillary.

A repeat visit, I always stop by when I'm in town. One of my fave museums in NZ. I especially love animal attic, the pottery gallery, the photography competition gallery & the NZ wildlife gallery. Plenty for everyone to enjoy.
