I stayed in a B&B on a street just before Baldwin St. The street I was on was very steep, too, and turning into the driveway was tricky. There's not much to see on Baldwin St itself. It's mainly about saying "I was there!".
This is a very short but steep climb up the steepest street in the world. Definitely worth walking up just to say you have! There is a water fountain at the top and information boards both part way and at the top.
