It is very steep! My daughter walked up and down the street and enjoyed the amazing view at the top. I drove!

It's a must do because it's there. Start at the bottom and go for it. There were about 20 others there, including a girl's sports team pulling suitcases because they were staying at a place halfway up and their van could not drive up! It...More

Our host and friend drove us up in her convertable and back down - what a hoot. Don't miss doing this if you have a car while in Dunedin.

I have been here before, but when we came this time, it was PACKED with tourists and that made the experience not as enjoyable. Two groups even had an argument over taking photos. It is not what it used to be.
