Mondelez announced on Friday 4 May 2018 Cadbury World tours would end immediately as a result of the premises making up part of the hospital rebuild site.

We had intended going on a tour round the place but in the end only had enough time to walk round the small but interesting museum, to visit the shop and to have a delicious cup of coffee. If you want to go on the...More

We booked this and we were excited having been to other similar experiences in the world like the Coca-Cola world in Atlanta which was great. This was like a poor second cousin. It was dreary, expensive and just pointless- we saw nothing but hallways and...More

Went a day when a cruise ship was in town and queues were huge to pay for purchases. The small shop was unbearably overcrowded to the point you couldn't move more than an inch or two in any direction. We waited a while then gave...More

The shop was well worth a visit - prices were very good and we walked away with a large bag of goodies for $35

Tour was pretty basic (& therefore overpriced) but the kids loved it especially the tasting session and the chocolate sample bag! Stella was an enthusiastic & knowledgeable tour guide.

Fortunately the factory was still open for visitors as the factory has closed for the manufacturing of chocolates. Worth a visit to see how they were made and you even get some free samples too.

Even though you can't tour the factory, our tour guide made it fun and we toured with two children who had really looked forward to a chocolate experience. Staff was friendly although it was a downer to learn that the factory had closed just about...More

We didn't pay for the tour since the factory is no longer there after reading negative reviews, but we went and looked at the Cadbury store and cafe. Don't waste your time, not exciting at all. The 'tastings' they give you is just giving you...More

Called in for a hot chocolate with the family. Great selection of specialty hot chocolates. We all enjoyed our drink based upon our favourite chocolate flavour. Shop had some great chocolate specials and managed to stock up on chocolate supplies! Yum!

You will be able to get a cab / Taxi in from where ever your ship docks and then get dropped off at Cadbury's . What ever you do, make sure that you also include the Chinese Gardens as they are well worth a visit.
