That is amazing - we see Orca just a few times each year so you were lucky! We do see their smaller cousins the dusky dolphins and Hector's dolphins quite often as their territories are much smaller than Orca.

Had an amazing hour aboard the Monarch on the wildlife tour, highlight would have to be the many albatross gliding overhead but totally enjoyed the whole experience

We spent a great afternoon taking a boat ride and then onto the albatross centre for a viewing and dinner and penguin viewing All staff were friendly and knowledgable

Sorry only saw this after your date to go. For a person with back problems it should be OK. You would need to keep a tight hold of a toddler

Yes it should do, as the trip lasts an hour. Staff are very knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
