Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was there in 2010, just before the earthquake. It was a beautiful place, lovely vegetarian blessed food, and just an awesome spiritual atmosphere.
So sad it was all destroyed!
Hare Krishna.
All glories to the services of those sincere devotees who lived there.

We went to the opening ceremony in March this year, fantastic day with awesome friendly people, great music and food served from a fabulous new Electrolux Professional Kitchen. Keep up the amazing work you all do there.

We were staying on Beasley Avenue and walked past number 83...it is an empty space and nothing is here at all, all that's left is the fence.
