Unique shopping street with lots of shops and eateries. Nice to walk around, but the stuffs there looks a bit pricey

This area was developed in response to damage done by the 2010 quakes, but it has grown to be a great retail area and tourist attraction. It was fresh and quirky. Nice for shopping, snacks, etc.
